250 g corn chips
375 g salsa
450 g refried beans
2 1/2 cups tasty cheese shredded
Coriander
1 lemon juiced
Chili finely sliced
Spring onion finely sliced
300 ml sour cream.
Place corn chips in base of a glass pie dish.
Top with refried beans, salsa and grated cheese.
Place on the low rack and cook for 6 1/2 minutes on GRILL.
Serve immediately with sour cream, lemon, finely sliced chili, spring onion and coriander to taste.
